
A claims and product assistant for TBC Insurance
Supernova built the assistant TBC Insurance runs to answer product questions and guide customers through filing a claim. It collects the photos a car-insurance claim (CASCO) requires, reminds customers to finish a claim they started, and hands off to a person when one is needed.
TBC Insurance is the insurance arm of TBC, Georgia's largest banking group.
Customers ask the same product questions repeatedly and need to start claims outside business hours. TBC Insurance wanted a conversational front door that could answer those questions and take in claim details, including the photos a CASCO claim requires.
A chatbot that answers customers' product questions in plain language and walks them step by step through filing a claim. For car claims it collects the photos a CASCO claim needs and attaches them to the claim. It tracks where each conversation is in the multi-step flow, so a customer can stop and pick it back up later, and it reminds anyone who started a claim but did not finish. When a request needs a person, it hands the conversation over.
